Can't stop thinking about the workout I got ahead of me today. I'm trying to put together a few cd's for this week. I want to know what everyone listens to out there to get the blood flowing. None of that boy/girl group crap either. I'm talking the shit that gets the adrenaline pumping, goosebumps on the arms, some heavy shit that just makes you want to kill the f'n weights and makes you feel invincible. Give me some suggestions peeps. I'm not picky on what type of music it is just as long as it fires you up. I want specific songs not just the artist or album.
