Just went and saw that movie today. Awesome movie. I thought the very ending was kind of weak but other than that it kicked ace.

I didnt think it was so hot. Maybe because my buddy was having kidney problems and kept moving around.

Yeah, excellent movie! I don't usually see a movie twice but I've seen Gladiator twice and I might go again in a few weeks.

Some people compared it to Braveheart which I rented last night. It was a great movie too. But I still like Gladiator better.

Am I missing something here? I thought he did kill Caeser at the end. I'm just saying it should have been a better fight scene. Kind of an anti climatic ending. It is a GREAT movie though.

Fucken Amazing FIGHTING scenes. I was yelling in the theatre "YAAAAAAAAAA". I love those old ancient weapons the romans had.

I finally just saw it this weekend and I thought it was good but not as good as Braveheart. The battle scenes were sped up so you couldn't see too much gore and the one chick they had in there wasn't all that fine. Still worth seeing though.

Yeah that dude with the decapited head in his hand was bad ass. The Romans had the technology man. They smoked em with those fireball catapaults and the fire arrows. That was cool when they covered up almost completey with the shields too.

Lat -- The Messenger was boring. Overall, an ok rental, but the story kind of wandered and the action scenes were so-so.

Don't expect much out of it and I guess it's ok -- if everything else is picked over.

Gladiator rocked! However, my votes for best movies of late go to Matrix and Fight Club.
