Some of these fuckin posts are just ridiculous. Im enbarassed for some of you people. I recently have incorporated Volume training into my routines. When training quads and hams. 10 sets for an amount of weight you can do for 10 reps. Squats ass to ankles with 225 followed by plate loaded ham curls. ------------------ IP: Logged |
