I think the best book is "World Anabolic Review 1996" the book is like a bible to me. It is a little out dated but still has a lot of great info on AS. On the Anabolic board read E2's post "all newbies must read" check out the sites he has listed some are very informative. Hope this helps. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I agree, the World Anabolic Review is the best, I hope it will be updated soon. Anabolics 2000 isn't bad, it has up to date info w photos ect.-john IP: Logged |

my favorite is ther anabolic advantage...also good are anabolic reference guide vol 6, & the steroid bible 3rd edition....you can order them all oin amazon.com IP: Logged |
