I ate, I drank, I ate, I drank. I had a Bud light I.V. for 14 hours straight on Saturday. Grilled too much meat. My stomach is blowed-up...so is my ass. Hey at least all the that high fat intake was from a protein source.

Just got back from 3 days in Rocky Pointe. I ate like shit and gained a few pounds, but I had a blast. Beer must be watered down in Mexico...seems like i can drink 3X's as much there as i can in the states. Oh, and I brought back a few soveniers as well.

I fucked up my back squatting on Thursday and the dr. gave me two different types of pain pills. I was in such bad pain that I took 2 or 3 times what the Rx said. Friday, Sat and Sunday were a blur that I really don't remember. All I really know is I hit the gym all three days and did upper body.
