My married friends tell me that wedding cake reduces sex drive in women by up to 50%. I guess it comes down to being ready for a wife, and the married lifestyle. I can't yet imagine seeing the same person every day. The Skywalker is not by a long shot ready for that. Matt IP: Logged |

Female response: I have always gone to the gym, but being with my boyfriend of 3 years who is really into the gym, has helped motivate me even more. We learned that working out together causes friction, so we go at different times. Also adds a competitive edge to our relationship. IP: Logged |

Well, it's a good thing that I did not have a wedding cake because it is better now than it has ever been!!!!! I am more inclined to stay in shape now that I am married than when I was single because Mr. Guns is the most important thing and I always want to look good for him. Yes, I am one of those that actually takes care of herself, puts on makeup still everyday, and actually cares what I look like. He will never have to come home to a wife in curlers, wearing a moo-moo, and eating twinkies while watching all Jerry Springer! As soon as he walks through the door, I've got a protein shake in one hand and the gym bag in the other ready to haul him off to the gym. Or better yet, I have nothing on at all and we just stay home!!!! Believe me, married life is not that bad after all!!! Mrs. Guns IP: Logged |

When I meet my wife she played soccer, softball and was a cheerleader. She was in great shape, know she sits on her ass and bitches how tired she is all the time. I try everything to get her to just do some form of exercise. NOTHING WORKS!!! She is still pretty thin but it is just a matter of time before she starts to blow up. My wife bitches all night long if she didn't get to workout a lunch. Hell, last night I had to throw her out the door  and tell her to go for an hour skate, while I bathed and read to the kids. Just one of the lucky ones I guess.If you were fit before you got married, then there is no reason not to be fit after. If you had sex before you got married, then there is not reason not to have sex after. It seems that people work hard at a relationship before marriage but give up after. It is not the wedding cake, it is the attitude from both the men and the women. One other reason to stay in shape after, is your kids. Not only will you be able to enjoy them more, but they will learn from you as an example. My 4 & 6 year olds know more about Protein, Carbs, Fat, and exercise than I did when I was 20. They will both grow up to be fit and heathly. That will be my contribution to the slimming of North America. ..so Mrs G, when Mr G comes home and you have nothing on at all, does he really care about the protein shake ? IP: Logged |

I dont think its just the idea of marriage that makes people want to have sex less, if your with the same person a long time it gets monotinaous (spell?) married or not, sex on the side is cool but I guesse if your girl is cool you feel guilty sometimes though. IP: Logged |
