Wow, you got some BALLS. I would pick up the phone and make the free call to an attorney. And then consider getting someone good to rep. for you. I believe you got a major headache coming on!
I'm not an attorney,but from what I know you can't vioce record or film someone without there premission.
With still pics, I can take your picture, but cannot print or circulate in the public without your consent.
I would get to work, you got a problem. Findout were you stand. Next time keep the video or burn the thing.

the voice recording law is you can't record w/ out one party's consent, so if u were talking to someone u can record the conversation w/out them even knowing. I would assume it would be the same w/ videotaping

That's partially correct eagledude. It depends on which state you are in. There are a few states that require both parties to know when they are being recorded if they are in the same state and if not some other bullshit laws depending upon what state you are calling from and into and on and on. OOps got off the subject. I believe that if the person is in public, meaning walking around outside on public property or in a public store or something of that nature, you can videotape take pictures and do whatever you want except video tape under their dresses and stuff, and they cannot do anything about it. And if you videotape inside your home for security reasons and have a little sign posted in the window that says you have video surveillance equipment in use, then you are okay. But if you videotape yourself banging a chick and she doesn�t know about it, I would find a good lawyer.

You must have nads the size of bowling balls to do something like that. To bang her mom is one thing, but to tape it and send it to her is something else.

Well she has to prove that she didn't know that they were being videotaped, and what kind of credibility will she have, after all she slept with her daughters boyfriend, she already looks like trash, i'm sure you can find a few hundred other things that you can destroy her credibility with. If you can do that then there is no case.
