I know everyone has someone in mind, I know I have plenty. I'll start with this guy we call Bird legs for obvious reasons, anyway this guy wears a wrestlers one piece singlet, black and white striped like he just escaped from the clink. Total fucking bird legs........maybe 16-17" Quads, descent upper body, has the proportion of a damn flamingo I tell ya. This is what he does for abs, He'll set up one of those short olympic bars with 45's on each side, then get on a decline ab bench and lean back to about 70 degrees and procede to do twists, oh I forgot to tell you that he takes the strapped around his shoulder off, so he has nothing on his upper body. you get the picture. that's just one of many, let's see some replies.

Yeah bro, 2 motor mouths who think a gym is great place to yack it up with the women who are in there trying to better them selves, I don't think they get the idea that some of us are there to work out. I'm about to file a complaint to the management about some of these guys, they should put up a sign to shut up and lift, or have a social hour where the idiots can come and talk all they want so we'll know when to stay away...I'm not there to chat, I'm focused when I work out and don't need the distraction..

We have this 50 year old guy who when he benches 115 squirms all over the bench while screaming like tarzan. When we express concern over him hurting himself he simply gets mad and says "I've been doing this for a long time."

We have this weirdo at my gym who comes in all the time. He is about 45 years old, weighs about 130 standing about 5'10". The creepiest thing about this guy is that whenever he does any excersise, he closes his eyes, opens his mouth an little bit and flails away like someone drowning- I swear he looks like some corpse that has the last bit of involuntary nerve impulses before death.

Never a controlled movement on any device or excersise. his fav excersise is to use a lat pulldown machine with the bar behind his back with both his arms in a backward position like some Viet Cong torture and he pulls forward to lift the weight then he lets the weight go back snappping his arms up. I swear he is going to tear his pec, deltoid and bicep.

I can't stand to watch, it's like seeing a dead body work out-creepy sounds and all.

i wont say these guys are terrible, but the upperbody warriors. pretty good upperbody, but wears warmup pants all the time to train. i guess its for lack of legs? could be. yesterday one of the warriors decided that after chest time it was squat day too (energy for it?) so he proceeds to warm up with 225, 315, hits 405, and then goes for 495.....mind you all these weights are impressive.....IF....he were going to parallel even. ah yes, about 40% of the way down, even for the lighter weights. the key to this was the fact that his knees were dipping inward too....i was waiting for them to go. hehe. is that wrong? but i wouldnt dare tell him that he's wrong, cause he "outweighs" me. so he must be doing something right....hehe. well he outweighs me for now at least...heh heh.

we got this dude in my gym. hes damn tall probably 6'4 or sumthing, but he has no figure at all. he ALWAYS wear some kinda tank top. to show of those long, not bulging, arms of his. i swaer, if he hit a biceps pose u wouldnt see the difference from when he was relaxed. the best thing si that he brings his gf...whom are even more repulsive than him.

this one time he was doing dibs, and he thought he needed more weight than his bodyweight. so he finds the dibs belt, and ads a 2,5kg..thats like 5 freaking pound..and after doing 12 reps or sumthing in front of his gf, he turns to the mirror and does something that was supposed to be a side triceps pose...and i laughed my ass of. his gf has bigger triceps than him...its fucking great. hes probably 30..no hair..glasses. hehe poor guy.

Then we have the ILS guy (Invisible lat syndrome), u see him get out of the car, and he walks normally. but the second he comes into the gym his arms go straight out to the side..he never train anything but chest and sometimes arms. so how he suposedly got those lats i couldnt tell you. i asked him once why he didnt train legs, and he replied "I train my legs when i walk"....yeah. to MikkieD you fat fuck...
