What really bothers me is guys who work their asses off and achieve a half decent body from the waist up. I was in the gym today and saw a guy who was in great shape(215-225lbs) but he had the funniest looking body I've seen do to the fact that his legs were I swear no more than 17inch calfes probably 12inch and he was actually wearing shorts. What the fuck is wrong with these people, I don't think he has ever done a leg exercise in his life. All I can say is if your going to train for a better body then fuck at least do it right, because man do you look pathetic. (he's in perfect health so no excuses). peace IP: Logged |

Guilty as charged. My upper is out of proportion to the bottom but waterskiing slalom is difficult with 33 inch quads IP: Logged |

Here's one that ranks right up there: NEWSPAPERS IN THE FREEWEIGHT ROOM. I saw some fucker in the gym today that was reading the daily between sets. I hate shitheads like that. IP: Logged |

Yeah I guess this does belong in the chat room but hey I usually don't remeber what room I'm in. HeeHee Hey KAHN nothing wrong with proportins being out, its just when people don't even try,or have no reason not to other than they would actually have to train and can't handle it. IP: Logged |

I know to well what you are saying. No matter what I do my calves always stay one inch smaller than my arms WTF. Tell me a workout that actually builds calves and I will do it. I think calves are probably the most genetics controled body part there is. IP: Logged |

aten8- if this guy your talking about is in that great of shape, then obviously he's been dedicated in the gym to achieve those results..which would prompt me to believe that he simply doesn't give a shit about his lower body..what other reason could be plausible?? if you get this heated over something that minute...i feel for ya brother IP: Logged |

Hey orkizard, thats the whole point he doesn't give a shit . All I'm saying is if he is that dedicated to training then why not at least do some leg work, or don't wear shorts, he generally looks funny. and I'm not in the least bit heated up I just can't figure out why one would spend so much time in the gym to actually make themselves look worse, because believe me he looks worse, he is so out of proportion. I'll be the first to admit, my legs suck! I don't get it because I do work them and they are very strong for their size. I swear I'm half chicken. On the plus side, they probably make my third leg look bigger...hehehe. IP: Logged |

Hehehe.. I have the opposite problem. My legs respond very well while my upper body insists on being a bitch. IP: Logged |

aten8,all of this has to do with GENETICS. Most people have weak spots; since most people focus on their strengths, they tend to neglect their weaknesses. BAD IDEA! That's why we see those disproportional physiques all the time. They have to reorganize your routine in order to hit your their body parts first. I had that problem with my shoulders, however, once I prioritized my training they ceased to be my problem area. The problem, however, is that 70% of everyone who works out has no proper understanding of any effective training methodology. Peace... I have to admit to having freaky legs. However it cracks me up when I hear guy's saying that they don't work their legs because nobody ever see's them. Because of the weather in Ireland I don't get to wear shorts too often, but when I'm wearing long pants and you can see my quads and calves through them I get a real kick.

well i got a couple of comments on this subject. first we have the cry baby. the one who comes up to me and cris cuz he cant ge this legs to grow. and then i watch him train his legs...3 exercises, and no set to failure...and he complains about it being to hard..fuck me.. and then theres the guy with the ILS (invisible lat syndrome), he is strong as a mother fuck..but he only trains chest.and sometimes arms..so why does he walk like he has barbed wire underneat his arms?? oh, and did i mention his legs..i asked him why he didnt train his legs..he answered "i train them when i walk"...ok, the 5 meters from ure car and into the gym makes them big huh...damn... ------------------ http://home.sol.no/~mrmuscle/ IP: Logged |
