Just to let you guys know. I have been on 400 mg of eq.. for the last six weeks eating only sushi. I have gained mass amounts of muscle and zero fat. I have more energy than I know what to do with. This seems to be the best cycle food ever.

There's nothing wrong with eating fish and rice. Protien and carbs. But I think I would be safe in saying that your protien count/day may be a tad low. Unless your eating mounds of the shit ?

Peace

That sounds like a hell of a lot of sushi. When my wife and I eat it we easily spend $40 per meal. Your food bill must be astonomical.

I proabably put down about a 1/2 pound of raw tuna a day. I skip the rice and go for the raw fish. I think my diet is cosisting of only protien.

If I new how to prepare it I would probably do half my meals that way. Sashimi and Sushi are actually very good, it's better than canned tuna or grilled chicken.

I think you are full of shit, but you need to add some other kinds of protein. A raw egg without the yellow, and some fat free milk, also add some fatty oils or your body is going to start eating your own muscle.

Fish are one of the best sources of fatty oils.

Be very careful eating so much raw fish. There's an off chance you can get a variety of bacteria and other living things transmitted by sushi. I agree with the above post about the cost of sushi. My wife and I sometimes go eat it at a place where I know the quality is good and we pay a ton for it. If you're getting it cheap then you might suspect inferior quality. But then again, maybe you've found a good place.
