A Fallen NJ brother;

This kid had put on about 40lbs in a 6 month period. He was on the sauce but the other day doing bent-over-row had about 315lbs on the bar. His bicep just snap. Has a torn bicep and will be out at least a year. When on the sauce remember that you muscle grow faster than your tendons. This is a common pitfall for many people. Get strong but do it smart.

ok-- yea straght out look'in for it might be if you don't know anyone, but check out the med centers like CONTRA on Broad street, WOW what a lil' money can do!! plus I connections through Organon in West Orange-- a few towns over from newark and the ports always have fresh sauce

I live in Jersey! Dahmer edison? you train at appolon,Extreme or pyramid. You don't have to anwere that but those are your neigborhood gyms, unless you train at the club then exit this board now, just shittin ya.
