HERES ONE OF MINE


3 EGGS ANY STYLE
2 SLICES ARNOLD BREAD{ALL NATURAL GRAINS WITH NUTS}
1 CUP OF MILK{SKIM}
1 APPLE(OR ANY PIECE OF FRUIT}
1 CUP OF WATER
1/2 CUP OF GRAPE NUTS CEREAL WITH 1/2 CUP OF MILK{SKIM}

PROTEIN:67-75 CARBS:ABOUT 120 FAT:ABOUT 15 GRAMS


THIS IS WHAT I HAVE FOR MEAL NUMBER ONE.NOTICE THE HIGHER CARBS AT THE FIRST MEAL.

Hell, i'll play along...here is MY first meal of the day:

6 eggwhites+2 yolks mixed togheter and nuked
1 banana
100g oatmeal
4dl skim milk
2dl orange juice

protein: 55-65g carbs: 130g fat: 20g
kcal: about 900

this is when "bulking"
when i diet down i remove the banan and the orange juice, and add some protein powder to my oatmel...

Last nights barbeque
12oz sirlion steak with bq sauce
2 6oz chiken breasts with bq sauce
1 piece corn on the cob
1 cup mushrooms and green peppers smootherd in butter.
1 cup pasta salad smoothered in ????
2 cups fruit salad
1/2 a cuccumber
1 liter liptons ice tea
and dessert
1/2 of a sara lee chocholate chip cheese cake.

BAAARRRBBBEEEQQUUUEE MMMMMMMMHHHHHHHHHH!

Im dieting now so breakfast is what I look forward to the most.

3whole eggs/5 whites
2 servings of oatmeal/1 serving of hot wheat cereal
2bananas
1 glass of skim milk

I finish my carb consumption by Noon...and the rest of the days is focused around fish, chicken, and cottage cheese. Boring yeah..but it works well for me.

My first meal of the day is one serving of N-Large 2, (post workout) my last meal of the day is one entire carton of eggs, yolks included, or maybe 1 gallon of skim milk. Hehe... bulking right now if you didn't already guess.

200-300 grams Coalfish
100-200 grams broccoli

40g proteins 30g carbs 1g fat

sucks ass...but gets my weight down

Just had 2 lean beef cheeseburgers with nonfat cheese 2 glasses of water & a
whey protein shake with milk,
protein 60g

Had a myoplex & a bowl of low fat granola
cereal for breakfeast(did not get up til 1:30pm) 45g of protein.

sounds like some of you guys got creative
recipes like the tuna & egg whites with
salsa,I think im gonna try it.

I am training for football and i am trying to gain as much weight as possible, anyways, after next season is it a good idea to diet for about a months then go into my bulking up diet, someone told me this will help me gain more muscle

I usually have 10 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal or tuna for dinner...but last night I lost it.
10 egg whites,
bowl of oatmeal,
2 cans of tuna,
3 waffles,
protien shake,
6 more egg whites,
finally a bowl of ice cream
nutritional values: ????

3 whhole eggs 5 egg whites scrambled with
non fat cheese & 1 ounce of skim milk.
2 english muffins 1 with low fat cream cheese
1 with all natural jelly.
1 glass of water
1 serving of metamucil
1 glass of OJ
1 whey protein with %1 milk

70-75g of protein 55-60 carbs

this is usually my first meal.

heres a good first meal for bulking

4 oz of pasta & 2 cans of tuna
mixed with 3 spoons of non fat mayo
a little bit of Italion non fat dressing.

75 g of protein 85g of carbs.

keep these recipes coming i've been writing
some of them down.

I need to better with my diet. I get into habit and just eat the same shit over and over again.

Meal 1
Penta-Pro 50gms protein
Grits 33gms carbs
1 Glass 2% milk 13 gms protein 4gm carbs

Meals 2,3,4
1 can tuna 37gm protein 1.5gm fat 0 carb
1 banana ?
4 oz cottage cheese 12gms protein 4gm carbs 2gms fat
2 X 1 nutrigrain bars 2gm protein 3gm fat 27gm carbs

Meal 5
Whatever my wife cooks. not sure if it has any nutritional value...

Meal 6
Penta-Pro 50gms protein
1 nutrigrain bars 2gm protein 3gm fat 27gm carbs
