![]() ![]() ![]() Puc The diet is not all that bad once your body gets used to it. I have used it and dropped 60 pounds now. I have used the CKD for about 2 years now. I was lean and mean 285 lbs with about 21% BF (haha). Now I am at 225 with 13% BF. It sucks at first, but your body adjusts. I still have enough energy to train 4 days a week, and do cardio 4 days a week before breakfast. Kept most of my strength too. IP: Logged |
