anyone else shit like mad when they take liquid flax oil? what the hell, i can take the capsules fine, but when i take the oil look out anyone else?? IP: Logged |

I do not have a problem with the liquid variety. I usually take 3 Tablespoons a day. Have you tried other brands of liquid flax seed oil? Some brands are cheaply made than others. I use Barlean's brand. Also make sure when you buy any brand of flax oil that it was refrigerated and that you keep it that way once opened. Liquid flax oil is easily oxidized when exposed to a lot of air and warm temps. If you still have problems with the liquid variety than I would use the capsules. Some EFA's will be better than none.
