1) I hate fat people who beleive everything the media says about bodybuilders and use it as an excuse not to train.

2) I hate fat girls who think they're still sexy only because they happened to shag some poor desperate guy who hadn't gotten any in months.

3) I hate fat girls who think that just because something is "fat free" they can eat a gallon of it.

4) I hate fat people who walk down a sidewalk an hog the whole freaking thing! Outt my way doughboy!

5) I hate fat people who pose in front of the mirror at my gym.

6) I hate fat girls who wear spandex! When they walk it looks like they have a couple of beavers running around in their pants.

7) I hate fat people who say "I'm not fat, I'm big boned" or "I have a thyroid problem" or "It's glandular" or "It's genetic". The only people who can be excused are diabetics, the rest of them can haul their lard asses to the gym!

8) I hate fat people who smell bad. "I wash myself with a rag on a stick"

9) I hate fat people who think Bill Phillips is God.

10) I hate fat people who think they already know everything about nutrition and dieting because they read a book or two and think they know it all. If they knew, they wouldn't be fat!

Here's my hate list:

1. I hate little bitches that are under 200lbs and call themselves ectomorphs.

2. I hate people who make fun of people who actually are working hard and making progress. We all had to start somewhere. For me it was age 14 5'2 200lbs. Now I'm age 18 5'10 230lbs 300bench,600squat, and around 600 dead. I hate all the fuckers who made fun of me when I was a little ball of fat. Now I am bigger and stronger than all those fuckers!

3. Throwing eggs at people riding their bikes??? If you threw eggs at me, I would jump off the bike and make you lick off every single ounce of egg that touched me.

P.S. Don't get all fired up about this post. Its all in good fun. Us fattys have to retaliate! hehe....

These excuses that they have thyroid problems or have a genetic disposition towards being fat, or it's not their fault is all pure total BULLSHIT!!!

You're fat, it's your fault, you didn't do anything about it, and now live/die with it.

How can somone neglect their body so much?? It's the only thing you'll have for the rest of you life, take care of it and treat it better than anything else.

There is no better feeling than hacing a fit, muscular machine as you all know all to well. I can't imagine being like that. Whenn you hit 300 lbs at 45% bf, how do you not look at yourself and say, "damn!! it's time to get on that treadmill!!!"??????
