17,000 people thus far have filed a counter suit against Metallica to get their Napster access restored. In order to contest this, Metallica will have to take on EACH AND EVERY ONE of them in court. (it's not class action) This is why I suggested (and was flamed for, but that's ok) that Metallica may have bittne off more than they can legally chew here. Later Matt IP: Logged |
