 Dark Circles arounds eye....

I was hoping someone could help... I have these dark circles around my eyes. I sleep alot... and drink alot of water, but they will not go away. IP: Logged |

I get them sometimes to,I have bad allergies so this is the worst time of the year for them.I read that milk thistle helps, it cleanses the liver which in part cleanses the blood stream.If you don't have allergies they can be caused by bad circulation, in the tiny capillaries around your eyes.Avoid to much caffeine,ephedrine & alchohol these constrict blood vessels & will cause worst circulation.These also cause dehydration which also causes dark circles. This may sound sick - use preperation h (the crap for hemroids) I read that talk show hosts use it it brings down swelling and discoloration - no bullshit. 2nd choice if its not too severe - go to Zirh's website it is like a cosmetic company they make 2 creams specifically designed to decrease color/puffiness. (I think they use caffeine among other ingredients) I have never tried either of these remedies but I believe they work. Hope this helps Slopain IP: Logged |
