Quads - about 3500 North on Broadway is a great gym. Some old pros there. Some new monsters too. If you are on the south side Quads has a gym in Calumet City. IP: Logged |

Quads gym on Broadway is a good gym. There is a Capital Fitness Powerhouse gym opening up on North Ave. in July. open 24hours a day, 7 days a week. There is one on Elston now. IP: Logged |

-Quads (north city) one of the older gyms in Chi... dont think they have gotten rid of a machine since they opened way too much equip for the sq footage..... pretty much climbing over one another... good atmosphere though Lincoln Park athletic Club - if you like spin classes and paying a fortune for a membership World Gym - pretty expensive, need to get rid of all the motorcycles and get more free weights....kind of a ballys atmosphere.. Ballys...im sure yo ualready know Powerhouse Elston - lots of room lots of freeweights and Machines 3 squat racks dumbells go to 170.....great atmosphere .. real shitty music though wear headphones and go to the PH on elston youi can also get a VIP membership so you can go to the other 3 PHs in town VK IP: Logged |

I used to live in Chicago. It's a really big place. E-mail me exactly where you'll be, and I'll give you advice. I like World Gym, Quads, and B&W myself. That last one is, like, so hidden (in an apartment-building basement!) that no one even knows it exists. Mostly high-school football players, recreational powerlifters, and a few pros. Cheap as hell at $225 per year! IP: Logged |
