That there is a great deal of bullshit clogging up the vents at Elite Fitness. With all these 6'5 300lb ripped to the bone IFBB/National NPC Champions, 600lb benching, buick squating 2" hung from the floor sexual superstars. Dammit!!! I'm finally proud to say: I'm 5'10" 220. 40 yo and here are my stats: bench 275 max BF % 16 I'm kind of chunky. Been married 12 years with 2 boys 7 and 8 who think I'm God. I'm in love with my wonderful wife. Work 6 days a week, 8-15 hours per day, still find time for gym, golf, and watching pro wrestling in my underwear on the Lazyboy.
