Big Al is /was a trainer and also ran a supp business at my old gym. He was a freak of a heavey weight.....this was 10 yrs ago. Last I had heard he was at the Power Pit which has now closed. Probably in his late 30's maybe 40's.....know him ? BPP IP: Logged |
