hey does smoking bud in any way effect/impede muscle growth. what effects does it have on developement. will it make you gain fat, loose weight, stop muscle growth or what. basically is it all right to fire up every now and then even on days i trained earlier and during my mass building phase. does anyone know?

Dont train on weed. I did it once, and it was a total waste of time for me. It just didn't feel right having a heavy head like that and pressing weights. I think it's fine after a cycle, especially if you're doing a lot of E/C/A and can't sleep at night, and it'll help build an appetite. But I'm not sure about the whole gyno deal with weed. I'll have to agree that weed is an anti-motivation drug so I choose to do it on the weekends if not at all.

It may lower your testosterone, so keep it light(and kind while your at it, I hate skanky weed).
