I have the book. I bought it about a year ago and tried all of the stuff in it. Guess what? Nowhere near the gains that were claimed. I still however follow the cycling routines and have gotten stronger.I guess I needed some direction. When I add juice to the equation I'll let everyone know the results. You know the guy juices even though he won't admit it. He talks about having blood work done peroidically, If you are so natural, then why the concern for bloodwork? Hell, its a start. IP: Logged |
