I'm looking to read more of his writings and interviews. I'm am not interested in using AS, but I like what I've read that he's written concerning other things such as training, diet and supplementation (Actually, his advice concerning periodically overtraining on purpose to stimulate muscle growth was the only thing to help me push past some long-standing plateaus). So I respect his opinions, and would like to know more about his varied views.
If anyone knows of a website that contains the writings of Dan Duchaine I'd be very appreciative.

I read an interview someone did with Duchaine where he mentioned the "Underground Steroid Handbook", plus I heard there was an "Underground 2" as well. If any of you bro's know where this literature is, e-mail me and we can talk.

It's too bad that Duchaine passed away. His brutally honest approach didn't win him a lot of support among the mainstream; 'cause of that I feel that he was a real hero. He will be missed, RIP.

I agree Stumpy. My best gains have been made using some of the workout principles he helped to come up with. I think he was an absolute genius. He did have some bum raps and even some really bad ideas (like HPDx), but remember that he was the one who drove the push for whey protein, the one who came up with ultimate orange (the first sports supplement with ephedra) and many other things. Plus, he didn't really like androstene, so you know he was pretty much on the level. I never used his advice on steroids, since I don't use them, so I have no idea about how he impacted that area---although I know that it must have been significant. Overall, his presence is sorely missed by many who don't really know the true extent of his contributions.

Find some old MuscleMedia2000's. He wrote some double-split training program in which a competitor gained 12 pounds of water and muscle with no juice in 7 days before a contest! Underground Steroid Handbook is at QFAC, I bought one last year.
