Twisted_Steel's Annoying Gym Observations!

1. Overweight people enjoy wearing tight revealing cloth while working out.

2. Highschool males wth 12" pipecleaner arms feel a compulsive need to role their sleves up and expose their pathetic acorn biceps.

3. Unimpressive people have a tendency to scream their their heads off as if they were passing a stone while dumbell pressing 25lbs.

4. Scrawny males always love to wear wife beaters.

5. Why do the punnie feel the need to overload the bar and execute the famed 4" squat.

6. Why people where weight belts to bench is beyond me.

7. Why am I always getting stared while im working out?

8. Scrawny personal trainers give to much advice!

9. Women should not utilize Louis Simmons training techniques to improve their figures.

10. At 6' 215 lbs and 10% bodyfat why do people ask me whether i work out?

11. Don't you find it unnecessary for persons of the same sex to incoorporate touching and complements simultaneously?

12. Why does Flex Magazine publish the same self-denouncing bullshit and admit that the breakfast of chamions is really Vitamin-T.

13. Why does the gym stop to watch a 400lb fatass bench his bodyweight with complete awe on their face, yet ignore the 150lb man with 315 on the bar repping it.

14. Did I.L.S (Imaginary Lat Syndrome) develope in a highschool gym?

15. Why cant a hardcore gym succeed in south carolina?

4. what is the deal with little guys and wife beaters?

6. weight belts help when people have a tendancy to lift there ass off the bench, and hurt there backs.

13. no kidding man, who cares if a huge fat guy can bench his body weight, when i was 17 and 160 pounds, i was benching 315.

here's one for you, WHY do little guys come in the gym and put 225 on the bench, (way more than they can lift ) and have his little spotter buddy doing fucking deadlifts to get the bar up 6 reps.

i'v seen this tons of times, it's fun to go fuck with them, start asking which one is getting the better workout, the guy benching or the spotter. HA! HA! HA! ask em if it's back day......
