I have tons of respect for Coleman, Nasser, Priest, etc...but, in my eyes, they are too big. They look freakish. The old guys had things figured out. Arnold probably has the best body of all time, and I think any one of us would be happy to look like him. ------------------ IP: Logged |

sorry, but im about to break the pattern. in my opinion, oliva was the best ever. he didnt get pampered like arnold did. arnold was great, and probably gets the most respect ever, but for oliva to escape cuba during the 1960 olympics, take a bullet in the arm, make it to the states, and support himself through training by working 12 hours a day, and still build a 3 time olympia physique (plus he won the mr. universe as well) didnt even get challenged in 68. im prepared for u guys to give me shit, but i personally give the most respect to sergio. just my opinon. arnold is next as the greatest of all time. but, just think: would arnold had been the bodybuilder he was if weider had never brought him to america??? i dont know, but i do know oliva didnt have to be weiders boy to get to the top. ------------------ IP: Logged |
