It's being built right now, they're putting up the building, equipment is almost all ordered. I've got a friend doing the interior decorating and shite like that, she's working on the plans for that now, basically things are going well, it's just the money, always the money, need more money

Get to know you banker - make him your best friend even if it kills yah. That how we bought our first business at 25yrs. Nnow the little guy gotta cough up the money because we have collateral.
Serious - they have saved my butt to many times. Owned the business two months, boiler goes out - $15000.00, yeah like we had it, we just spent every pennie we had buying the place. I just needed a new roof - call him up and he's your check.
Never enough money, you need to get up and going to create that cash flow. You might not get everything perfect, but get the doors open. It will be alot easier when money is coming in. Your gym is all going to be in a state of improvement. You are alway find better ways of doing things, and your going to grow I hope.

E2,

Have you considered pre-selling memberships?
I don't know if it's a gym or a club,(size?) but I've opened maybe 30 clubs for clients, ranging from a 7 million $ Bally's to Joe's
Gym & Fitness.(liked Joe & his family the most, go figure)

It's a smart way to go if you're tight on cash. You know, you rent a trailer and park it outside the building site. Hire 5 good salesholes and go to work. "Charter memberships" $yum $yum.

Just a thought.

Batty you kill me - salesholes ahahahaha

But that is a good idea - the presale. That's how alot of movies get done here in Whorrywood. But when you presell keeps two things in mind - people are cheap fucks. Say the word FREE and you got them sucking your ass. So give them 2 free months for pre signing, something like that.

Also #2 - people HATE contract commitments. If you can do month to month you'll be swamped with signups. Not many gyms do them. No one wants to be locked into anything. They want to be able to move if work, crowd changes, etc. Personally I would pay more money knowing I can leave at any time rather than cheaper price and be locked up for a year.
