I really do beleive that anabolic steroids are far better than supplements other than the negative side effects. The problem is people abuse and misuse steroids as if it is some kind of candy and that is why it causes damage to many pro athletes. We all have to remember that it's a drug that we are taking in our bodies. It's just like any other drug we take like asprin or beyer, etc,I think the main reason steroids are illeagal is because we take too much of it.We see what a little dose can do for us and we are impressed of the outcome. We say wow!!Look at me I think i'll take 3 or 4 tabs more! Before you know it we find that we have heart problems,Toxic livers, hair falling out and so on.Maybe it is good that steroids can only be bought only from pharmacies with a perscribtion written by a doctor. It's the best way.
Now as for supplements I think that only half of the stuff out on the market is worth your hard earned cash but it still don't compare to the real deal. The best way to build up your body is a very hard workout plan and eat lots of wholesome foods and cutting out junkfood.Keep this rountine up for at least 3 to 4 months to find out your results.Nuff said!!
