To DeepSquat, yes you put me in my place, but also understand that the post in question was not a flame towards me. The title of the post was addressed to me and asked to see certain body parts in a derogatory manner. No woman or man on this board needs to hear that. It is true that on a board since you never see the people, we get careless and babble on. and this is a man's board. Yes I have toughened up and taken a lot of blows, but this certain one should not be tolerated. Flame me all you want, that's fine. I am not the guru of bodybuilding and am not the expert on the sport or "supplements". So I expect to get negative feedback. As far a moderating for the woman's board, don't demean the women who actually take the initiative to get out the door after taking care of the hubby and kids, making home cooked meals three times a day, laundry, dishes, shopping, paying bills, and working a full-time 40+ hour job to go to the gym, eat right, and bust their tale, not to mention get up before the roosters to fit in cardio. Women do not develop as quickly or as largely as the men do, so they end up having to work twice as hard to get the same results. Just realize this and give not more, but at least equal respect. So I will stay and play the game and as you said, not take my ball and glove and go home.

It is stupid to let one remark from one idiot chase us away. Thanks again for all the support we get on this board. Let's let by-gones be by-gones and write this one off. To 100mph, that was your one free pass....please think again before you speak.
