Along the lines of E2's chess thread-- I am a computer "geek" (microsoft certified) and love to play strategy games. I only have a few friends who both lift and play games. None of my "computer buddies" have ever stepped inside a gym (I've tried). Now there has to be more people like me in that reguard. Gymrats aren't mindless idiots--I'd like to think we are more well rounded (even if only in the pecs). I like this wargame called Age of Empires 2: Age of kings. Anyone else...c'mon it doesn't make you less of a man or woman :-) IP: Logged |

war carft, star craft, lords of magic, death matches on duke nukem rule. War hammer, total annihalation. Yeah always looking for the next cool game. I set up the one guy I game with all my old equipment. So he starting to train but, will never be able consider a BB. To long and lean. I have alway consider myself a stength trainer anyway. You're not alone, there are SEVERAL registered geeks on this board. I'm developing in VB, IIS, Enterprise Server, etc... I haven't been out of school very long, so I can't claim to be a certified geek yet. I did gaming, too... Alot of my childhood was roleplaying/strategy games and the like... The first thing I realized about this board is that there are a lot of smart BB'ers out there. I had no idea how little I knew until I started reading... The one thing I hate about being in computers is that everyone around me is constantly shoveling themselves full of pizza and burgers and shit. Kinda gets distracting. Puc IP: Logged |

yeah i'd say im sort of a computer geek and lift and do all that good stuff. i like role playing games made by squaresoft. so really the only games i play on the computer are on the emulators. for a while i had been playing startcraft but not much anymore. my favorite games are games like half life. they need more of those bad boys. i like age of empires (i don't like part 2), a.o.e. the rise of rome, warcraft 2, railroad tycoon, civilization 2, civilization: test of time, civilization: gold edition used to like quake, duke nukem, & doom but i have lost interest. IP: Logged |
