If I delete my Temp Web Pages folder and my History folder is there any other place on my machine that stores where I've been, etc?

you are never going to get 100% clean, the FBI will still be able to hack into your HD and find out about all those kiddy photo's..lol

search for computer blueprints on the net that will show you how to set up a kill button on your computer

kill button=a button or combo of buttons you can press on your keyboard or externaly that will set a little fire inside your computer in case the heat is around the corner

assuming you mean on a windows machine since that sounds like what you are talking about - a lot is stored in the registry as well.

if you just want to clear out stuff so taht your mom or roommate doesn't see what you've been doing, that is sufficient - if you want to prevent authorities from going through it, the other guys are right, you sould look into some other way of doing it - simply deleting it doesn't do much.
there are programs out there that will scrable the bits up more so they are scatterd on the disk and non-recoverable - but when you get down to it, nothing really cleans a hard drive like thermite does.
