and why? Just curious, those are the ugliest things I have ever seen. Seems like only the 170 pounds dorks wear them at my gym. Along with the max-muscle shirts. ------------------    | ||

I wear the flats/wrestling type when doing deads. they are low to the ground and provide ankle support. | ||
