wrong....use [img] beginning and [/img] end

it should be something like http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?....... right click on the photo you want and see what it states under properties. then add the [img] [/img] to it!

Believe it or not. I do squats, 135x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x6.

I had knee replacement surgery two years ago. Can't seem to get good definitio in the left leg in particular.

Also, I'm a spinning instructor, so it keeps the fat off the legs, but it's tough making them grow.

I also do leg extensions, slowly and I usually max out the machine @ 250 for my last 10 reps. I have to be careful, but I'm going to keep trying to get bigger legs. Hams are coming along, though I think. Dead lifts max out at 365, bent knee for 3 last week.

quit training your legs so heavy and shock them with high reps! 50-30-20 on leg press, 3 or 4 sets of 20 on squats! same goes with the extentions! you look good! keep up the hard work my friend!

Sounds like a great idea. I've never focused on high reps on legs. Duh!! Can someone tell me if the second link I posted shows thumbnails? Obviously, I'm a rooky on posting pics.

bump for high reps on legs!

I've always been to squat and DL very heavy, but it wasn't until I upped the reps the past couple months that my legs have started growing. I still do the first movement in the workout heavy though.

I've seen alot of powerlifters who can squat crazy weight for low reps, but don't really have big legs.

Hey bros. Thanks for the feedback. I'm hitting legs on Saturday. I know this is the chat board, but I'd appreciate what you think I should do for a workout to get big legs. You have a pretty good idea of what I can lift for weights. Can you put something down for a routine, including weights and reps, and I'll give it a shot.

Probably should mention that I didn't think of flexing my legs for the pics. I was so focused on upper body flexing. The definition's pretty good while flexed, but obviously not too big.
Right ham 23 3/4, Left ham 23 1/4. Flexed but not after a workout.

BTW, those pics were taken in the pm. So, not pumped. I workout at 5 am.

I appreciate any more feedback.
