Believe it or not. I do squats, 135x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x6. I had knee replacement surgery two years ago. Can't seem to get good definitio in the left leg in particular. Also, I'm a spinning instructor, so it keeps the fat off the legs, but it's tough making them grow. I also do leg extensions, slowly and I usually max out the machine @ 250 for my last 10 reps. I have to be careful, but I'm going to keep trying to get bigger legs. Hams are coming along, though I think. Dead lifts max out at 365, bent knee for 3 last week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

bump for high reps on legs! I've always been to squat and DL very heavy, but it wasn't until I upped the reps the past couple months that my legs have started growing. I still do the first movement in the workout heavy though. I've seen alot of powerlifters who can squat crazy weight for low reps, but don't really have big legs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey bros. Thanks for the feedback. I'm hitting legs on Saturday. I know this is the chat board, but I'd appreciate what you think I should do for a workout to get big legs. You have a pretty good idea of what I can lift for weights. Can you put something down for a routine, including weights and reps, and I'll give it a shot. Probably should mention that I didn't think of flexing my legs for the pics. I was so focused on upper body flexing. The definition's pretty good while flexed, but obviously not too big. BTW, those pics were taken in the pm. So, not pumped. I workout at 5 am. I appreciate any more feedback. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
