oh, this is right now... the after pics are 10 weeks away... as for body fat.. i dunno.. i was at 249 in december and some were saying i looked 15%... one said i was 20% (god i remember that pissed me off). | ||

Well, I am willing to bet you are an ecto like myself, right? I had the hardest time putting on weight with my metabolism through the roof. Until I learned to eat everything in site, I couldn't for the life of me figure out what I was doing wrong. Nice work though bro, cut up to 10% or so, and you are money. ------------------ | ||

i had a hard time due to basketball... i could only get to 193 while playing, but i was very lean... wanted to gain size so i quit that and ate ate ate... then became a fat ass  on my way back to normality.i'm hoping to add size AND lean up a little over the next 10 weeks... we will see.. | ||

I get the feeling that when people want to post their pics, they want everyone to NOT be honest. If someone thinks you look great, then that's cool.
