and I have already lost 11 lbs and my strength has not gone down. I started out at 213 and am down to 202, its amazing what cutting out carbs and fat, and adding hour cardio sessions on an emty stomach can do to someone

wow - congrats! sounds like you are really responding well.
I'm procrastinating and waiting until the snow is gone here and then I'll get up and run some number of mornings here on an empty stomach.

so what is the general consensus on the low fat and carb thing - most people I know that do it gain it all back immediately once they start eating normally again (not crazy like cookies and cake, but just normally).

anyone?

Ill probably gain some back when Im done in about 6 weeks, but as long as Im leaner and don't get my luv handles back (they better be gone) Ill be a happy camper. The only thing Im worried about is losing strength,, hopefully I won't lose any. Im taking in about 200g protein, up to 50 carbs, and up to 30 fats a day
