Applied at this job for phone collections and I guess they are going to be needing people pretty bad in april. Only problem is they made me fill the app. out in the office and I did not have all the info so some of it not much was incomplete. Aslo ask if ever been convicted of a crime and I put down underage drinking that is not the only thing have at least 3 other charges on my record but if they ask will they fuck up and put what should have been on my juvy record on my adult. Do you think they would even give the app a second look?     | ||

how old were you when these infractions took place....if you were lets say 16 or so...a little younger chances are they will not be on your record

No they happend when I was 18 and now I am 21 havent been in trouble for awhile but just a couple of dumbass things I did are going to follow me around the rest of my life. | ||

What company are you applying to? My company's corporate headquarters are in Columbus, and we have third-party collections and first-party customer service work. Maybe I could put in a word? | ||

Great! Petty theft,criminal damaging,criminal tresspass,underage possession of alchol/ Oh wait no that means i am fucked. Am getting a laywer to go back and overturn the theft so I can be a provider for handycapped people that job kicks ass. | ||

This is weird the last company I worked for was a factory not a great job. They checked my criminal record! I dont know why. Then relize one of the guys I am working for has spent 12 years of his life in the pen for blowing some guys leg off with a shotgun.I ask the guy how he explained the record and he says they never asked. WTF? This guy had jail house tats all over even one on his neck I have none why would they check me and not this asshole? |
