My best friend and I were bullshitting last night while doing some 12oz. curls about what we thought was the worst beer foreign and domestic. Mine was schaffer light(DOM) and All Belgin beer(FUCKIN COUGH SYRUP THICK)yuck... Anything by Genesee - I used to live in Rochester and they claim to use water "straight from the Genesee river" - that is like saying "straight from the sewers" but with more heavy metals from Kodak and Xerox dumping into it. Also Chech Rebel, that stuff was disgusting. and by far, "Phat Boy" - it was a forty and it tasted like someone had put cigarettes out in it. it was absolutely revolting - even after turning it into a MO is still sucked ass. ------------------ Build a man a fire, he is warm for a day. I was always impresed with Black Label, it tasted just like Beast (which I like as far as cheap beers go) and you could get a case for $3. That was good for students on a budget - now I only drink Bass or Guinness or ocasionally Bud if at a party, but it doesn't really matter what I drink since I dont' get drunk anymore (I won't drink more than 3 beers in an eve). ------------------ Build a man a fire, he is warm for a day. I'm the same way Happy..I drink at the most 4 beers. And now it's the quality not quantity..GOD I'M GETTING OLD My best friend and I used to homebrew and over-ferment our beer for stronger alc%. Shit we fricken microbrewed the whole town...Good money too..From donations of course. Runner, I've tried Red Dog, That stuff is terrible! The problem with alot of U.S standard beers is that they are making them with Rice, which is way cheaper than a traditional barley/malt/hops combo. | ||

People don't like beer such as Naty because its cheap. Just like how people buy name brand merchandise over cheaper stuff that is exactly the same. People don't buy the grocery store cola because its cheap, yet it tastes almost EXACTLY like the name brands. Moral of the story, I'm willing to bet everyone who "hates" naty would never notice if they took a blind taste test with all the domestics. ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD!! The worst I ever tasted was a Japanese beer don't know the name but had it at a beer from around the worlds party in Fort Brag Ca. Every store in town had a beer from another country. The cheapest beer I ever bought was the stuff in the yellow or white cans that just said BEER. Now I'm dating myself. | ||
