Not sho if this was posted before.... do yall peepz think it's a fair sentence.... life in prison for imitating wrestling moves on a little girl... I'm not decided on dis shyt. An the fucked up thing is his defense turned down a previous plea bargain of 3 yrs in juvey and 10 yrs probation so it went to a jury trial.... thats fuckin rough mayne ------------------ :::bitch betta have mah money::: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$     | ||

The reason is, because he was founded to have done it with malicious intent..the defense tried to present it as "this poor boy was merely emulating his heros" turned out not to be so. Apparently he hit this little girl over the head with a chair numerous times...basically, her brains were from one end of the room to the other. I say its fair. | ||

First it wasn't the defense that turned down the plea bargan it was the kids mother. Second yea he was imitating wrestling moves but he was at 160lbs dooin that shit to a 45lb 6 year old girl!! also according to the prosecution she was SEVERLY beaten, obvoulsy enough so to warent a life sentence. | ||

He beat the girl to death. The autopsy showed that the injuries could not have occured from simple "emulation of his heroes." He wrestled and beat the girl with intent to do much harm. Is a life sentence fair to the 14 year old kid? Yes. Is a life sentence fair to the tax payers who will have to pay to keep that despicable human being alive for the rest of his life? the judge wouldn't allow the defense to call the rock and hulk hogan to testify, the judge also didnt allow to call the kids shrink...Seems a bit odd that he wouldn't at least allow his shrink to testify... | ||

Moderator, That's a tough one. Not sure putting a 14 year old in jail for the next 65 years or so is the right answer for anyone. His life didn;t even begin yet. Now that shit's over. Then again, he did kill a little girl and that can't go unpunished. The plea sounded fair. It wasn't accepted. Hopefully this can get resolved to a more equitable sentence. | ||

what Warik said. that guy beat the life out of a helpless little girl. bullshit he was imitating wrestling moves. if anything, the kid incorporate a few wrestling moves into the brutal murder of the girl. he's FOUR TIMES her size. he should be put down, i don't care how old he is, how do you not know what you're doing when you beat someone to death?? True Supersize.... I didn't realize she was only 6......there has to be a time during beating someone to death, that they stop getting up (but are still alive). It's not like he gave her a piledriver and broke her neck......sad situation. | ||

I think they're fucked in the head for giving him a life sentence. That's totally ridiculous and they would have never done that to their own kid. A kid being tried as an adult is the biggest fucking bullshit thing I've ever heard of. That kid was 12 years old...he probably thought all that wrestling shit was real. I don't know about those beurocratic assholes, but I didn't think everything through like a logical adult when I was 12. This kid has got to be scared shitless by now. Give him a psychiatric evaluation to make sure he's not a fucking lunatic, and then put his ass in juvenile jail for 3 years and I'd say you have done enough. And by the way, for God's sake they need some kind of "THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL STUNT MEN...DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME" disclaimer on those wrestling shows. Did any of these geniuses think of that? When you were 12 would you look down at a 6 year old that you had beaten bloody who is no longer moving and continue to destroy that person because at 12 years old you don't know whether or not it's wrong or right? That's crazy. That kid had 12 years to figure out the difference between right and wrong. If he didn't do it at age 12, he would've done it later in life and probably have taken out more then just one person. I swear this is EXACTLY like blaming Marilyn Manson for Columbine. They were looking for a scapegoat. It's not about wrestling, it's about murder. | ||

And by the way, if what kat said was true (about her brains being all over)...Maybe this kid should be locked up forever. It all depends on the circumstances. But the fact is, they already offered him the plea (3 years in juvenile, 1 year house arrest, and 10 years probation), and since he didn't take it he get's life. WTF is that? Do they think this some kind of game show? "Behind Door #1 is 3 years...Do you want the what's behind door #1, or do you want to take a chance and see what else we've got in store for you? They do have that genius....its shows about every 15 mintues on all WWF programming. I was the one always being used as the dummy for wrestling moves...Im damn lucky I never got my neck broken...but NEVER NEVER did anyone try to cause me harm. It is as Matt says..a sticky situation..but those two 10 year old boys that kipnapped a 2 year old boy , raped, tortured and murdered him and left him on the train tracks to get run over so as to hide the evidence are now free becuase they were juveniles. I say fry the kid.....if he does this at 14, what will he do at 25? | ||

funny part is..shortly after I heard about it..at Christmas we were some of my BF's family ...his cousin has 2 boys 14, 12, and a 6 year old girl. These two boys ADORE their sister.(she is really damn cute too)..but the older boy was playing with her, not even roughly but he picked her up to powerslam her on the couch...I FREAKED...gave him a lecture...even though it was pretty gentle and onthe couch, I made it clear that wrestling moves were not for someone half your size. He was pretty chagrined, but he didnt do it again while was there....and this kid would NEVEr hurt his sister..you could jsut tell. Accidents DO happen...but with that florida kid...it wasnt any accident. | ||

One more thing. In my opinion, although it's not "humane", someone ought to beat the living shit out of that kid for what he did. Literally, let him know how it feels. If anything, like in asian countries where they cain your ass. My guess is that it would work without ruining the kid's entire life. | ||

He did more than just hit her with a chair. I heard the list of injuries and it was extensive. She had injuries to like every part of her body. She had broken ribs and all sorts of cuts and bruises. The kid does deserve to be in prison if not beat to death himself. I'm sick of the media saying "what about this boys family". Well, what about the little girls family? They should let the inmates have fun with that little shit. |
