As most of you know I have been working out more than before ~ well I have come to notice that whenever I flex my right arm is rather bigger now than my left. I lift the same amount of weight with each arm too. Why is it like this? Do I need to satart working my left more than my right?

if you are lifting biceps with a barbell you right side is overcompensating for you left bicep. Try working out more with dumbbells and adding 1 or 2 extra sets for the weaker bodypart.

when you hold your vibrator, try to alternate hands more...don't stick to the favoured hand.....
But, really, what Capt. said.....I rarely use BB anymore for arm work......only for squats and stuff...

Gonna disagree. could be that your SMALLER arm is more coordinated than your larger, so the muscle fibers are being used more efficiently and do not need to grow.

You might need to do uneven weight dumbbell work to correct the problem.

HAHA, PUC THAT IS WHAT I STARTED TO DO USING A 5 LBS ON MY RIGHT & 10 ON MY LEFT.

THEN I USE MORE WEIGHT RIGHT NOW WHEN I AM USING CABLE MACHINES WITH MY LEFT ONLY.
