Bull, If you search the archives, Captain Insano started a thread a couple of months ago inviting everyone to post their pics. As I remember, there were about 350 posts to the thread. There are a lot more pix on that thread than there are on JohnnyO's web site. ------------------ | ||

I don't know - I had posted my pic to it, but then decided I didn't want it there, so when I did a search for it, it was archived and my pic was on like the 5th page of it, but only one page was archived. this was at least a few weeks ago when I checked, so it is very feasible that it got deleted somehow since - but I ain't had nottin to do wit dat shit no. sorry for the break in language, I'm feeling strange right now ------------------ | ||

I'm BACK! I moved. I have not internet yet in my new home. I broke my toes moving, so I haven't been at work to go to the internet here. Fortunately the hurt foot doesn't stop my training. I'm up to 195 pounds now, though my pants are starting to feel tight, I might adjust my diet a bit. | ||
