So I went into the kitchen here where I work and poured the milk out into my container for my protein shake.
I'm not entirely sure if the milk was coming out all chunky b/c it was cold, or b/c it is spoiled, but one thing is for sure, it tastes bad.
this will be an interesting arms day at the gym.
at least it isn't legs day - those make me sick enough as it is.

well, if by "got rid of it" you meant "drank it all" - then yes. I did indeed get rid of it all.
man I feel sick.
I'm not sure which is worse, the possiblility that it might be rancid, or that stevia sweetner shit that is in it... I'm definitely feeling quite bootish.

What I hear you saying is you think it was a smart move to risk food poisoning to save $.50 of milk. Good luck. Hope you live.

no john, it was more just laziness on my part. I'm at work, so I don't pay for th emilk - but I do pay for the protein, but that wasn't the point.
I think it was probably okay in that I won't be really ill - don't feel it yet and my workout went okay - but it tasted nasty (hard to tell what is the normal protein shake nastiness and what is possibly bad milk)... the milk did smell bad - but I'm hoping that it was just frozen.

Probably was just frozen especially if you're not feeling too bad.

I put a little sugar and a banana in my protein shakes. The sugar isn't the best, but it makes the taste much more palatable.

when I'm at home I add all sorts of shit to my shakes and they are quite good. but at work I'm blenderless, so I just make do with the protein preblends and it has stevia in it which might be the most disgusting stuff on the planet.
