how is the house Inspecting business... I almost got into that a LONG time ago. The freedom of it still intrigues the hell out of me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Don't do it!!! I can not stress it enough. It is fine as far as freedom is concerned, but these realtors can kiss my ass. The liability sucks, people are always trying to find something wrong once they move in. The thing they don't understand is, when we do an inspection, everything we report on is the condition "at the time". I have gone to court twice in the last year. First time was a total joke and I put those peeps in their places real quick, this last time wasn't so great. It is going to trial 4/20/01. We did an inspection over a year ago for these people, their A/C went out a few months ago, and it's our fault? I own the company with my Dad so it isn't too bad. If you really want to get into it, be an independant inspector, don't go to Pillar to Post or Amerispec etc... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
