Hey you posted this in another thread.... Big Buck.. You need to drop the carbs like now buddy. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm at 250lbs, and I want to show at 210 on May 19th.. I'm downing about 6 protein shakes a day (made by lucent labs, only 1.5 grams of carbs and 50g of protein).. A few chicken breast a day, and thats does the trick for me.. I have allready lost 30lbs.. I'm about to start another cylce of clen/eq/test200.. Are you on a cutting cycle or not? I'll be taking water pills/lasix during the last 1.5 weeks pre contest... If I don't make my desired weight, I have another opportunity to show In Aug

Not a keto diet for sure.. High protein low carbs.. The total calorie intake is about 1300 per day.. The total carbs per day is about 10grams.. I have done this one time before and had great results. I went from 220 to 180 (shredded to the max) After a 30 min cardio workout (500 cal) and my maintenace of 2000 cals a day. I'm in the negative 1200 cals.. The shake are filling, so it doesn't even feel like a diet.. If I get tired of chicken, I eat tuna. If I get tired of tuna, I eat chicken

Wow that seems like sooo little calories, only 1300 daily? Hmm..Wow..How much muscle did /do you lose when you're done? One other thing I'm not clear on, can ya clarify this part... "I went from 220 to 180 (shredded to the max) After a 30 min cardio workout (500 cal) and my maintenace of 2000 cals a day. " Heh, seems like you mean that you dropped 40 lbs after a cardio workout haha... ![]() ![]() ![]()

What I meant is that a few years ago I did this same diet and went from 220lbs (lean) all the way down to 180(ripped!!) I was at like 4% bf.. The protein consumtion is so high, that muscle loss isn't really a great concern. And don't forget that I'm about to start a pretty big cutting cycle, so I will probably add muscle weight on this diet.. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Harmonic, I thought you were on the cutting cycle now? And did you do a lot of weight training, or should I say did you weight train normally during this diet, or did you trade up for more cardio? ![]() ![]() ![]()

harmonic... 8 GRAMS OF FAT???? thats just unhealthy man... you will lose your hair, your body is definitely going to be defficient in fat soluble vitamins too. plus, i cant imagine the muscle loss going on... i hope this works out well for you, i really do, but why not draw the diet out and make it a bit less killer on the body and mind? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
