Just curious...my mom was in Egypt and they're all big hash smokers over there. You had listed the bible references about pot smoking, and it got me thinking. Isnt it too desert like and dry there for pot? I mean, do they grow it in Egypt? I thought pot needed more jungle-like atmosphere for good growing?     | ||

Tangier, Morroco is plenty wet to grow the weed. It is the far northwesten county on the African continent. Transported in the Mediterranean Egypt is not that far away. When I was in Spain and Morroco, hash was everywhere!!!!!!!! | ||

Its not originally native to anywhere. The first documented use of herb was in China but that by no means proves that it couldnt of grown anywhere else. Other earlier documents were ethiopia, afghanistan and Turkey. ------------------ | ||
