the answere at my company is yes. if our out of work actions have any affect inside the company. I think this would fall under that category since you both work there. check with your local HR rep. for more info. | ||

Yup. Not only would you get fired, but you'd also be arrested for assault and sued in civil court for punitive damages. I know there's clauses about that kind of stuff in my company's contract of employment. Doesn't have to happen on company premises. Consider what happens when movie stars do something minor like break a cameraman's camera and they wind up in court. | ||

I say beat the snot out of him, maybe he will be afraid to return to work. Just becareful, he may press charges and you will go to jail, won't be able to show up for work and then they will fire you...Or, get him started somewhere like the bar or club, let him hit you once and then pound him repeatedly in the head. Our company would fire you for "unbecoming behavior off-premisis"(or something like that). On the other hand, our company has a H.R department that wouldn't put up with HIS bullshit either. I say take it to H.R., and let them handle it. | ||

Go in the men's room, wipe your ass with your hand (I know, I know it's gross) then go up to him, tell him you would like to start over, whatever, and shake his hand, or wipe you hand all over his phone, keyboard, cup, etc....Nothin' like a good stinky palm. if you really want to beat him down, heres what you do! find out where he is going to be this weekend or one night during the week! then stake out the place until you see him leaving! make sure your in a buddies car he has never seen! then follow him ! make sure you have ski masks and gloves on! if the coast is clear when he arrives at his destination, get out and pummel him! the ski mask will keep you unindentified and gloves will keep your hands nice and unmarked! ------------------ "I'll kill you and your dreams, then begin you life" dracula 2000 | ||
