Ladies, how many pairs of shoes do you own? I cleaned my closet this past weekend and discovered i got 87 pair!! Holy shit. I gave 10 away, so now i got 77. how many you guys got?     | ||

I am not sure how many. I do know that since you have 77 pairs that you get a increase of 10 for your cool points today though. Good job buckaroo! ------------------ | ||

how do you keep track of them all? I have 4or 5 pair I wear to work (one white, one brown, one beige and 2 black..guess that makes 5), one pair that are stilettos, one pair cross trainers and the rest are for evening wear. My docs are worn at all other times, and occasionally supersetted with my other boots. | ||

most Ive ever paid was $165 C for my docs and same price for some brass heeled boots. Normally I wont pay more than $30. | ||

For my feet, altogether, I have 2 pairs of boots and 6 pairs of running shoes...heeled boots (never wore em yet), black kodiaks, stricly gym shoes, a couple pairs of outdoor sneakers, walking shoes and an old pair of aerobic shoes....... | ||

my kodiaks were abit of dough.....however, my sneakers are all $100 or close to it or more......when I've ahd weddings to go to in the past, I've bought high heels and wore em that day and eventually they went out with the dirty kitty litter..I'm all for being comfortable, not looking stylish and breaking my neck....I can do that working out, like Kat did  How's the neck, by the way, Kat? | ||

Kat - i dont keep track..so far this week i have worn a "new" pair of shoes each day....cause i forgot i had them...the ones i wore monday i had never worn before, their cool, mules with suede and butterflies...the ones i wore yesterday had cork bottoms. I like big clunky shoes. i love shoes. | ||

LOL...I can tell Slick...my buddy dated a girl once who worked at a shoe store and my word, you've never seen such a collection of shoes in my life! How she managed to maneuver in some of them is beyond me Onkik....its getting a little better, but Friday made it stiff again for a couple of days. The physio gave me some exericses to strengthen my middle and lower traps cause my uppers were alot more develped than then lowers. | ||

Well I'm not a chick but I'm quite proud of my shoes... I've got 3 pairs of running shoes, 1 pair baskets, 3 pairs of dress shoes, 2 pair or streetwear shoes (leather but not dressy), I've got a pair of steelcaped boots, 1 pair of dressy running shoes ( i know ), and 1 new pair of street shoes coming in soon ------------------ "how much can you really know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?" I'm probably in the range of a hundred...i have them stored everywhere...my huge walk in closet..under tables, my closets in other parts of the house, etc... I don't really wear them all...but they're all expensive so I feel bad throwing them out.. ------------------ | ||

Girlies...I met Steve...hehehe...I had on a pair of custom shoes on one day when I was in Steve Madden, and he comes up and starts asking me all about them...like where I got them and whatnot, and then I explined that my shoemake platformed them for me and they were originally doc martens (not the regular doc's though). Blahblahblah...hes a really nice guy... His shoe designs usually rock, however the quality isn't always so great...I lovvvvvvvvvve Luichiny's...they're probably my favorite brand... ------------------ | ||

Just counted, I have 114 1/2. I have an old Nike running shoe going solo. I think the dogs got the other one. If my husband realizes how many I have, he'll be bitching this weekend when I purchase my new spring collection...Screw him, he has like 300+ screw drivers laying around our shop, how many fucking screw drivers do you really need? ------------------ | ||

Well, you need one for each type of head, then various sizes for each head....I dont know about 300, but you can accumulate quite a few for sure. | ||

Ok, he can have all the screw drivers he wants, but if I hear one more time, "where the hell is my fucking screw driver, " I'm gonna flip. If he puts them in one area, and not all over the shop I think he'll be ok. Hey the more tools the better, keeps him out of my hair and from making a mess of the house. He gets permission to come back in at dinner time...hehehehe Sorry, got off the shoe topic for a bit...------------------ | ||

kat...its not by choice...I just love the men at home depot and everytime I go there I buy some new toy. I currently have a new drill and new drill bit kit, tons of screw drivers, a variety of wrenches, a electric screwdriver (now I got drill bits that do teh same thing), ...the list goes on...what can I say...I'm an easy prey for a man with a tool belt, and a retractable tape measure...ggggrrr plus at Lowe's they have everything and more!!! | ||

LOL at Shags....my folks used to own a hardware store and I worked for them from 19-24...best job I ever had. So much fun...excpet unloading the salt truck.  My dad would make fun of me huffing and puffing trying to get 90lb bags of salt off the truck. | ||

one brother two years younger than me...we used to beat the living hell out of each other. the old man used to treat me like a boy when it was convenient and then the rest of the time I had to be a lady..the lady part didn't quite work out LOL....I loved it though..hardware is cool stuff! | ||

Sorry to post this but I only have two pairs - 1 pair is Addidas tennis shoes for the treadmill and the other pair - my Hi Tek boots. Now I am starting to wonder.. is something wrong with me?
