So thanks to those who gave me some advice. We had one hour of instruction in boxing like how to jab and then use our strong hand and how to move around. When my match came it only lasted two rounds and i only got hit once. But an upper cut to the jaw sort of hurts a little. So thinking about joining a boxing club but really need some fighting form that is better for street encounters in my line of work any suggestions? ------------------     | ||

pencration is a really good sport ,its liek ultimate fighting ,my friends were just down in san diego last year for the nationals and one came in thrid,he isnt that big but hell he is fast and can handle himself ------------------ "Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity."
