I'd have to know the circumstances for why he killed him, then it would be tough decision, because if you did anything to him when he gets out of jail, you'd be going to jail for quite a while, if not forever. | ||

Benny, this all depends on where you want to go with your life, remember what they say about killing do it once and it's not hard to do it again. I personally wouldn't go after this man with the intent to kill, but paralyze him and make him live a life of agony. The good thing about killing would be he would know the killer is you and take that to his grave. On the flipside it could ruin your life. Well, that's a tough decision. You have to decide whether this man's life is worth your future. There are other ways of getting revenge on people that you can get away with legally, I remember some other folks on here mentioning some, but not the specifics. | ||

In our universe, what goes around comes around threefold. Whatever he has done, he will pay for my friend. I cant imagine the feeling because I have never experienced anything like that, however revenge is not always the answer. of course you could kill him, but look at what happened to him for killing your pops. There are plenty of other ways that you could make his life miserable, without endangering your freedom. Use your brain, hats what it is there for. Take a few years to plot if you need them, the end results will be better. any stupid son of a bitch can kill someone else, but the the intelligent can destroy someone elses life from the comfort of their own home. lets put it this way this happened in may of 82....i know hes out and hes been out for a few years ..as far as what he was convicted on..im not really sure .... i just want to clarify something ..i am not someone who is going to grab a gun..and just shoot this guy ...like someone said anyone can grab a gun a pull a trigger ..just look in the news papers today..if i am going to do this ..it will be done right ..and it will be painful....i just have to decide if i want to be a vigilaty or if i will let my torment die forever

All jokes/sarcasm aside...I say do it and don't get caught. If you shoot the guy, anywhere, the chances are you'll go down. The fact remains, though, that there are many, many--6 million is it?--ways to die...CHOOSE ONE! Damn Benny, now you got me going crazy thinking about this. One of the main factors that would go into my thought process on what I would want to do to this man, would be whether or not it was his intent to kill your father too. If they got into a fight and it just the end result left your father dead, however, the man did not want to kill him, I would think a little differently than if this man just flat out pulled out a gun and shot him. How exactly does your mother feel about the whole situation? | ||

I would find out if it was his intent to kill your father or not...If it was on accident during a fight I wouldn't kill....Something you might want to do though find out what city he lives in and Pay to have his picture placed as an Ad for 1 year saying this man killed my father and was allowed out after 12 years...And if and when he moves find him again and do the same thing...Not to mention Notify the cops that he is a convicted felon and murdered your father...So where ever he goes he will be harrased and bothered.... What would you rather have? Long term or short term revenge? by the way if you decide to go through with physical action I would advise Destroying your computer totally, getting a new one, and comming back and deleting this thread | ||

After a decade of prison time, for murder, I'd assume he knows how to handle himself and isn't all there mentally. I know if you do see him you won't be thinking straight either, hell I feel for you just hearing the story, so be careful and be quiet. One second of not thinking can add up to a lifetime in prison. I would try a search on the web about revenge tactics and see what you find. I sometimes feel that the law is wrong, and some people rate the act of murder, and that is just the way it is. Just my .02 worth. Don't get caught Bro. | ||

Benny if I were in your situation I can honestly say I'd seek revenge and avenge my father's death. I would think it out thoroughly though to cover up any incriminating evidence against me. Then I'd also make sure I'd get rid of the body, like say use the waste management system to an advantage or rent a boat,make him some cement boots and give him a burial at sea...way out there. Benny, You are being irrational. Don't do it slowly. Use a gun. Shoot him in the fucking head, then ditch the body in a 55 gallon drum - fill the drum with rocks, and throw it in a lake and that's it. All that stuff about killing him slowly is madness. It will leave more of a chance for you to get caught - he may struggle and pull out a piece of your hair, or you may get cut and bleed a little...and in homicide investigations the cops don't just "close a case". Just walk up to him in his home, when he is alone, with a silenced handgun. Simply say, "This is for <your dad's name>, and shoot him right in the fuckin face. I personally wouldn't do that. I would just steal some pieces of his mail, learn his social security number, and start living a separate life through fake credit cards and bank acounts...but that's just me. | ||

KB, i didnt read the replies, so maybe this one was taken... but your life is too important to ruin over some piece of shit... so.... you can do the next best thing to putting him back in jail.. you can TELL him what he did to your family and how you will never know what its like to have a father in your life thanks to him. maybe that will get him emotionally, or maybe he will be a prick and you can beat the shit out of him, but not go "too far". | ||

Any crime commited when emotions are high is always a botched crime. So is a long drawn out crime. The longer you are with the victim, the more of "yourself" you leave behind as evidence. If you don't want to spend the rest of your life sitting in jail, then the best thing to do is shoot him. Stretch two baby bottle nipples over the barrel of a .22 handgun and you have a crude, but effective silencer. Though I would do what Matt said. Assume his Identity for a brief time and run up a large credit card bill and department store charges. And then..... go fix his brakes before you head out of town with friends. | ||

Theres always the option of beating him 3/4ths the way dead, let him recover, and repeat. But then you run a greater risk of getting put in prison. Feds watch this board (although probably just to laugh at us fucknuts) too - so be careful. I would never tell anyone to commit a crime much less murder less I be an access. or conspirator.. besides all that bullshit I say leave him be. If you have kids and love them I think you should be wanting to see them grow up and after what happened to you this should make you want it even more. Learn from the past bro. The guy has served 12 years, which although is probably not enough, is a damn long time. The only reason I can see for killing the guy is if he moved near to you and was acting like it meant nothing to him. In which case I'd then use Matt the Skywalkers method. If you really are thinking seriously about doing this then this thread should not even have been started. I guarantee it would be used as evidence if it was found and could put you away for a lot longer. | ||

OK, here's what you do. Steal a tree mulcher. Take it to the river where nobody will be around. Shoot the fucker in the head, and get him to the river. Feed him thru the mulcher and shoot what's left into the river. The fish will eat it. Burn the mulcher to a crisp, and push it in the river. IF they ever find it, they'll have no reason to believe it was used to get rid of someone. It will end up in a scrapyard, or sitting at the bottom of the river forever.
