His legs lack, but he looked incredible last night. Not and ounce of fat and large. I do not see how he stays in shape like that year round. His was bigger than I have ever saw him last night. If he had legs to match he would win the "O" with little to no competition. Yes big coleman can not compair to this mans upper symmetry and physique.

http://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/Forum10/HTML/013231.html go here for a link to a pic of Coleman and Steiner together. LT: I'd love to get more in depth with that topic but let's get back to the gym. How often do you train per week? BPP: About six days a week. I do one bodypart every day and mix that in with cardio. I hit chest on Monday, triceps on Tuesday, back and legs on Wednesday, biceps on Thursday and shoulders on Friday. I try to get to the gym on Saturday when I can and train back or legs again. It all depends on my schedule. LT: How many exercises do you do per bodypart? What about your sets and reps? BPP: I try to do between four to six different exercises per bodypart and usually do about four sets of 10 reps per exercise. LT: Do you train really heavy? What's the most you've benched? BPP: I usually don't go that heavy. I have benched 645, but what's the big deal? It isn't a world record. There's a lot of wear and tear on your tendons in my wrestling, so I just train to keep up my strength and physique, keep my muscles full by hitting them from different angles, and not worry about lifting too much weight where I would risk injury. LT: You say you have thebiggest arms in professional sports. ever see Manfred Hoeberl, who claims to have 26-inch arms? BPP: Is he in sports? Hell no! I've never seen him do anything. LT: How about Ronnie Coleman? BPP: Ronnie's a good friend of mine. He's a good guy. LT: What does your typical arm routine look like? BPP: I start off with preacher curls, then go to one-arm cable curls, and then I move on to the Hammer Strength curl machine. I finish with dumbbell curls. On the cable movement I sit down and keep my arm extended, without touching my knees. I make sure I keep my elbow in a fixed postion during the set. No jerky movements. I end up doing around 16 to 20 sets. LT: You say you eat clean pretty much year-round. Guess you have to, since you really don'thave an off season. BPP: That's right. I try to ingest protein every three hours: chicken, then a protein drink. I never want to hit two protein drinks in a row. My diet consists mainly of chicken, sometimes fish, sometimes steak. If I'm going to eat carbs, it's definitely in the early part of the day. Even when I'm wrestling, I rarely eat carbs later than six at night. LT: You don't lose energy? I mean, first the matches, then the freaks for the after show. BPP: Believe it or not, the hoochies tire me out more than the wrestling matches. I mean, I have to go all night. I have to disagree...his skin is disgusting looking..I can't even describe it. It looks like greasy spongey leather. He's so lumpy from synthol he looks like bad dumplings.

Please tell me your kidding me right? He was in one of the mags awhile back and this guy upper body wouldnt even place on the Jr. National level----Dont get me wrong, he is a big dude but standing next to the pros, he looks like a little boy------You cant appreciate how big the pro bodybuilders are until you see a guy like him next to a pro------The rock was in a mag and it was amazing how small the rock was------Goldberge looked very small next to the pros----I know a guy that placed 2nd in the heavy weights Jr.USA last year and his buddy JAY Cutler was at his vita-shop posing next to this guy and it was just silly to see a guy that I thought and is huge---look so fucken small, it wasnt even funny----

I think that pic is about a year old. It make a great deal of difference, however the O is supposed to be on body shape not pure size, of course we know it has not been like that since Mr. Haney and Arny.

Wombat is right, Steiner would not even crack the top three at a LOCAL bodybuilding show. And I am not even going to comment on his legs, his chest is a joke, his gut sticks out further than his chest, his shoulders are so-so, he must have left his back in Michigan when he moved, because I don't see it on him here, and even his arms with his biceps, have no tricep mass or seperation. Steiner is a big boy, yes, but then again, he ain't all that.

I was fortunate enough to meet Steiner at the Arnold Classic this past weekend, and he did look really big in person. I was waiting to get a picture with Levrone, and I looked next to me and there is Steiner talking to Midajah O'Hearn. I asked him for a picture which I got, then took a picture of him and Levrone next to each other. About two minutes after that I got a picture with Jay Cutler, and Cutler must have been three times the size of Steiner. Im a huge Steiner fan, but he did not even compare to Cutler. Cutler was enormous, bigger than Ive ever seen him. Also got pics with Ray, Nasser, Torrie Wilson and Matarrazzo. Lots of fun!!

i agree---steiner cant sit on the porch with the big dogs. he needs to stay at the bottom of the steps with the pups. not sayin he aint a big dude or anything but if you give me all those drugs and synthol i would look better than him. ------------------

I'm amazed about how much stamina he has for a guy his size. He is in great cardiovascular shape. Imagine Paul Dillet trying to wrestle. DC

Scott is a wrestler not a bodybuilder. BB'ers are bigger than he is but I bet Scott is in a lot better shape. You guys must have big ass chests to say that Scott's chest is small. I think the best body in wrestlin goes to Triple H. He is big as a house.

I agree Mandy, I have no desire to compete and actually I don't follow pro bodybuilding and never had a desire to compete. I would love to have the physique Triple H has. That is my ultimate goal and I like to think that once I achieve it I would be content at that size. Triple H looks a lot healthier as far as I'm concerned. Much respect to the pro's and people striving to get to that level, but that's just something that never interested me. |
