uh, gay and lesbo groups were all up in arms about the state police nailing them (NOT literally) at rest stops... so they were forced (i have no fucking idea how this was discrimination) to change the law... the new law is now : if your not "plain as day" obviously fucking, then the cops will... LOOK THE OTHER WAY!!! public nookie!!!     | ||

That's a bullshit law. They need to crackdown on that shit. Last time I went up North I stopped in a restroom and every stall had a fucking glory hole in it. Bad enough they have fag parks around and the kids are deprived of their use of the parks. Bunch of dirty bastards. What they do in their own privacy is their business but it's bullshit when they takeover public places like that. | ||

MB - Have you never had sex in a public place? I know a lot of straight people who have fucked in parks, bathrooms, church confessionals.... I'm not saying I condone it, but it is discrimination if the cops only bust people for homosexual acts or if they dedicate resources to arrest public homosexual sex acts, and not all public sex acts.
