Will have a quick trip to Austin next week and wanted to know how the North area is (maybe this is Northwest) its by Walnut Creek Park around Matric Blvd. How is this area? How far from downtown?

I will have a relocater but this would be a transfer for me (lease) if I move to this area thus no lease buyout. Its used to be a JPI propert and is called Madison Walnut Creek.

hmmm
honestly we never go North except for something specific.

it takes to goddamn long
unless u are working up there, i wouldnt suggest living there

the commute to even downtown is hell during most parts of the day unless u are extremely patient

im not, and neither is dread lord, so we both just tear ass around no matter where or when :\

well shit.. 15 minutes maybe depending on what road you take and what time of day

but don't count on it, brother
15 minutes minimum i say. i leave an hour ealy to get to UT and its like 12 miles away
from where i live (barton creek - southwest austin)

Texas U from MAdison at Walnut Creek= take metric south to Braker/turn left. Take Braker to IH 35/go South. Ih 35 to MLK/TexasU exit, Texas U is right down MLK Blvd. Drive time= nonrush-15 min./ rush-25-30 min. OR, From Madison Apartments go south on metric to Braker/turn right. Take Braker to 183/go left. Take 183 to Mopac/go south. Take Mopac to Enfield exit/turn left on enfield. Texas U is approx. 4-5 blocks. Drive time= nonrush-15 min./ rush 25-30. Those are sweet apartments by the way bro.

I just bought a $30 grill from walmart and will put it together after spring break...it's not big but it should do the job, unless someone has a Good grill with lots of power "Ohhhurrrghhh" more power, more power
